Heard Mr. Pangam, the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Padiyar, the learned counsel for the respondent.

2. The petitioner had approached this Court against the order dated 26/3/2015 passed by the Chief Officer Valpoi Municipal Council. It is not in dispute that the remedy of the petitioner against the said order lies before the Municipal Appellate Tribunal which was at the relevant time vacant.

3. Now the post of the President of Municipal Appellate Tribunal is filled up. In such circumstances, the petitioner seeks liberty to withdraw the petition for approaching the Municipal Appellate Tribunal. In such circumstances, the petition is disposed of as

WP/638/2015 withdrawn with liberty as prayed.

4. The interim order already operating shall remain in force for a period of three weeks from today.
