It is found on a consideration of the submissions of Shri J.E. Coelho Pereira, learned Senior Counsel for the applicant and fairly conceded by Shri J. Serrao, learned Advocate for the respondents that the revision application is within time. In view thereof, the application for the condonation of delay would not survive. An order was earlier made by a learned Single Judge of this Court dated 28/03/2018 directing the Registry of this office to register the petition as a Civil Revision Application, which has not been done till date. Accordingly, the Registry to register the petition as a Civil Revision Application.
