"P.C.:

1. At the request of Mr. S. Naik, learned counsel for the Applicant, stand over to 27.06.2023.

2. Mr. Naik states that he has handed over the case papers to the Applicant along with the N.O.C. to enable the Applicant to engage another Advocate to appear in this matter."

Even today Mr Shirin Naik, learned Counsel appears and reiterates that he has already withdrawn his appearance and even issued NOC to the applicant.
