2. This is an application for intervention filed by the applicant on the ground that he is a co-owner of the property. Ms. Alvares,

MCA/620/2016 learned Counsel appearing for the original petitioner though does not admit that the applicant is a co-owner, nevertheless, has no objection in case the applicant is allowed to intervene in the present proceedings.

3. Hence, the application is allowed and the applicant is permitted to intervene in the petition. The application stands disposed of accordingly. The applicant shall, accordingly, be added as an Intervenor in the above petition.
