Mr Lobo states that Respondent No.2 has expired. Tis is an application to bring on record his LRs. Mr Lobo points out that some of the LRs are already on record.

Considering the above circumstances, this Civil Application is allowed in terms of prayer clauses (a) and (b), which read as follows :

"(a) Tat the Respondent No.2 namely "Suraj L. Usgaonkar" to be showed as deceased.

(b) To pass an order bring on record the Legal Heirs of the Respondent No.2 as shown in the Para 4."

Mr Lobo states that necessary amendment will be carried out within one week from today.
