Mr. Zeller De Sousa, learned counsel appearing for Respondent No. 3(Village Panchayat of Chicalim) makes a statement on instructions that the entire structure which is subject matter of the petition is removed. Learned counsel for Petitioner has some grievance about the manner in which it has been removed. Learned counsel for the Petitioner to make appropriate representation to the Village Panchayat, incase of any grievances. We are not inclined to keep the petition pending, in view of the statement made by Respondent No. 3 on instructions.
