The grievance in this petition is that the petitioner's applications under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (SARFAESI Act) are pending for

wp no.620 of 2019 unreasonable periods before the District Magistrate and Mamlatdar. The petitioner, therefore, seeks appropriate writ to direct the District Magistrate and Mamlatdar to dispose of such applications as expeditiously as possible. 4.

Learned Advocate General makes a statement that the pending applications made by the petitioner will be disposed of as expeditiously as possible by the District Magistrate and Mamlatdar. He states that such applications will be disposed of within a period of two months from today. 5.

The petition is accordingly disposed of in the aforesaid terms.
