This is an application made on behalf of the Appellants for service of a notice on the unserved Respondent nos. 15, 32, 33, 36 and 37 by substituted service i.e. by publication of notice in one local Daily circulated in the State of Goa. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed. Accordingly, the Appellants are permitted to serve the aforesaid Respondents by publication of notice in one local Daily circulated in the State of Goa. The notice shall be published within a period of three weeks from today. The notice shall state that the Appeal shall now be listed for further consideration on 25.10.2021.
