On 03.02.2023, this matter was adjourned because there was no appearance on behalf of the petitioner. On 09.02.2023, Mr. Bhushan Honavarkar appeared and applied for some time on the ground that the process of change of Advocate would be completed. Accordingly, time was granted.

On the adjourned date, that is on 24.02.2023, the following order was made:

"P.C.:

1. Mr. Honavarkar once again requests for time by pointing out now that Advocate has been engaged but the Advocate cannot appear today due to 2nd March 2023

2. Accordingly, as a last chance, the matter is now posted on 02.03.2023."

Today, when the matter is called out neither Mr. Honavarkar nor petitioner's Advocate are present.
