Learned Advocate General for the respondent nos.1 to 4 states that in pursuant to the representation dated 7.4.2017 made by the Petitioner to the Administrator of Comunidades, North Zone Mapusa, the Administrator of Comunidades has already requested the Collector & D.C.A., North Goa, to withdraw/revoke the suspension of the Conversion Sanad dated 19.5.2008. He submits that Additional Collector would pass an appropriate order on or before 31.5.2019 after hearing the petitioner and comply with the request made by the learned Administrator of Comunidades by letter dated 25.4.2017. Statement is accepted.

2. In view of the statement made by the learned Advocate General appearing for respondent nos.1 to 4, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner states that this petition may be disposed of. Statement is accepted.

3. Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of on the aforesaid terms. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views on the merit of the matter. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the order that may be passed by the Additional Collector, the petitioner would be at liberty to file appropriate proceedings before the Court. No order as to costs.

4. Parties to act on the basis of the authenticated copy of this Order.
