2. The only correction sought is in para 13 of the judgment dated 28/06/2016, where the period of the mesne profits has been stated to be from February, 1989 to 8th March, 1985 which is to be corrected as February, 1989 to 8th March, 1995. This has been so mentioned in para 11 of the judgment.

3. Considering that the correction is only of typographical error, it is not necessary to issue notice to the other side.

4. For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed. Necessary correction shall be carried out and the corrected

MCA/633/2016 copy shall be uploaded.

5. Application stands disposed off.
