The learned Counsel for the Petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the Writ Petition as he states that the Petitioner will approach the National Green Tribunal. He states that some protection be granted in the meanwhile.

Considering the facts and circumstances, since the Petitioner will require some time to approach the National Green Tribunal, it is directed that the time-bound directions issued on 12 July 2018 will come into effect after four weeks from today. The Petitioner will also maintain status quo as regards the structure in
