This application is filed by the respondent seeking early hearing of the Second Appeal. It is stated that the applicant is above 74 years old and suffering from various health ailments. Considering the fact that the applicant is a senior citizen, this application deserves to be granted. Hence for the reasons stated in the application, the same is allowed.

The learned Counsel appearing for the respondent has not opposed the application.
