Shri De Sa, the learned counsel for the petitioner points out that he has been permitted to cross examine PW.41 in relation to his previous deposition before the Sessions Court and a part of the evidence ( as was sought to be relied upon from the evidence of the witness as recorded before the Sessions Court) has now been brought on record in the substantive evidence of PW.41 before the Children's Court.
