By consent of the parties, the petition is being disposed of in the following terms.

2. Mr. Lawande, learned Additional Advocate General for respondent nos.1 to 4 makes a statement that respondent no.1 shall, within a period of three weeks from today, take decision on the resolution dated 4th March, 2016, bearing no.161/2016 passed by respondent no.5 to drop acquisition of the lands belonging to the petitioners for setting up of Shiroda Industrial Estate in Phase-II. The statement is accepted. In the event respondent no.1 decides to drop

WP/745/2016 acquisition of the lands in question, it shall complete the procedure to withdraw the acquisition process within a period of two months from the date of decision to drop the acquisition.

3. In the event respondent no.1 decides not to drop the land acquisition, the petitioner is at liberty to file a fresh petition for the same reliefs as in the present petition.
