2. This is an application to bring the legal representatives of the deceased sole respondent on record.

3. For the reasons stated in the application, which stand uncontroverted, the application is allowed. The legal representatives of the deceased respondent are ordered to be brought on record. The learned Counsel waives service on behalf of the proposed legal representatives. Amendment to be carried out within one week. As the learned Counsel appearing for the legal representatives does not

MCA/762/2014 dispute the death of the respondent, filing of the death certificate stands dispensed with.
