2. This is an application to substitute the legal representatives with the Respondent no. 1 who has expired. For the reasons stated in the application, legals heir of the Respondent no. 1 are accordingly substituted. Amendment to be carried out within one week.

3. Shri S. Mangueshkar, learned Counsel waives service on behalf of the newly added Respondent.

4. The Respondent no. 2 who is a natural guardian of the minor legal representative has no adverse interest in the property of the

MCA/757/2016 minor. The Respondent no. 2 is accordingly appointed as guardian to look after the interest of the minor legal representative.
