1. Heard the learned counsel for the respective parties.

2. This is an application for condonation of delay caused in filing an application for bringing legal heirs of respondent no.5 on record. There is delay of 531 days caused in filing the application. The ground on which the petitioners seek condonation of delay is that, the petitioners were not aware about the fact of death of the respondent no.5 and his legal heirs to be brought on record. Reply filed by the respondents is taken on record. The other side has no objection to condone the delay.

3. For the reasons stated in the application and in the interest of justice, delay caused in filing an application for bringing the legal
