This is an application to bring the Legal Representatives of appellant No.2(c)on record. There is a delay of 365 days in bringing the LRs on record.

2. The learned Counsel for the applicants submits that the wife of the deceased appellant No.2(c) is already on record as the appellant No.2(d). In para 3 of the application, the applicant has given the names of the LRs. of the deceased appellant No.2(c).

3. For the reasons stated in the application, delay condoned. Application allowed. The LRs of the deceased

MCA/129/2017 appellant No.2(c)as stated in para 3 are allowed to be brought on record. Necessary amendment to the cause title to be carried out within two weeks from today.
