2. The learned Advocate for the applicant prays for the suspension of the sentence on the premise that the entire cheque amount has been deposited before this Court which has been remitted to the First Appellate Court i.e. the Sessions Court, North Goa, Panaji. The applicant had also furnished necessary sureties before this Court while it was hearing the Criminal Appeal No.10/2016.

3. In view thereof, the impugned judgment and sentence dated 25/07/2018 in the Criminal Appeal No. 92 of 2015 is suspended. The applicant shall continue to be on bail in view of the bail bond earlier executed pursuant to the order of this Court dated 27/02/2018.
