2. By this application, the applicant which is the petitioner in Writ Petition No.516 of 2006 has prayed for placing the said writ petition before the learned Division Bench.

3. Mr. Volvoikar, learned counsel for the applicant submits that, in view of the Bombay High Court Appellate Side Rules, this matter pertains to the learned Division Bench.

4. Mr. Rivankar, learned counsel for the respondent No.1 and Mr. H. Naik, learned counsel for the respondent No.8 have agreed with the said submission.

5. In view of the above, application is allowed and matter shall be placed before the Division Bench.

7. Application is disposed of accordingly.
