During the course of the hearing of the above petition, Mr. Dattaprasad Lawande, learned Advocate General points out that the application filed by the petitioner shall be examined based on the letter dated 26.06.2017 on its own merits and in accordance with law without being influenced by the subsequent letter dated 10.07.2017 within six weeks from today.

2. In view of the said statement of the learned Advocate General, Mr. Shivan Desai, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner upon instructions seeks leave to withdraw the above petition. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn. All contentions of the parties are left open.
