Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner for sometime. The learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave to withdraw the petition inasmuch as during the course of which the impugned order was passed, the appeal itself was dismissed on merits, against which the petitioner has filed a Second appeal, which is admitted. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner shall withdraw the petition as the petitioner would take appropriate legal remedy as may be available in law for the relief claimed in the petition. In such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed off as withdrawn.
