3. Learned Counsel appearing for the respondents opposes the application. So far as the other unserved respondents are concerned, learned Counsel for the applicant has filed an affidavit of service of them having been duly served with a copy of this application.

4. For the reasons mentioned in the application, I am satisfied that the delay in filing the Second Appeal can be condoned. Hence the delay is condoned. Place the Second Appeal for admission on 28.02.2025.
