The Application is taken out seeking amendment in the Petition as the Petitioner seek addition of documents, specifically highlighting the high-handed action on the part of the Deputy Collector and SDM. In addition, the Application also seek incorporation of some prayer clauses.

2. Though we find that the Application is not properly worded, but since we are of the view that the same is filed by the Petitioner, who appear in person and since there is no opposition from Mr. Karpe representing the Respondents-State Authorities, we permit the Petition to be amended.
3. The Petitioner also seek incorporation of certain Respondents in the proceedings, but we advised the Petitioner to implead them not by name, but their official designation as the Petitioner is not attributing any malafides against any individual Officer. We direct the amendment to be carried out within two weeks from today.
Pursuant to the amendment being carried out, the amended copy of the Petition shall be served on Mr. Karpe, who is at liberty to obtain necessary instructions and file an affidavit in reply, within a period of four weeks thereafter.
CRMA No. 79 of 2025 stands disposed of.
