On 25/7/2019 the parties had produced consent terms on record by which the entire disptue between the parties has been amicably settled. The petition was adjourned only to ensure that there is compliance with the terms as agreed. Mr. Ramani, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the possession of the suit premises has been handed over to the petitioner and the cheque in the sum of Rs.8,06,774/- has also been honoured. In such circumstances, Mr. Ramani, the learned counsel for the petitioner states that the petition be disposed off.The parties agree that the consent terms shall be produced before the learned trial court on 30/8/2019. Upon such consent terms being

WP/811/2018 produced, the trial court shall pass appropriate orders, in view of the consent terms. The writ petition is disposed of with no order as to costs.
