The grievance of the Petitioners in the present case is about illegality of the construction carried out, according to them, in violation of CRZ Notification. It is claimed that despite directions issued by the Goa Coastal Zone Management Authority ( GCZMA ), the Deputy Collector and SDO, Bardez has not carried out any site survey.

Learned Advocate General appearing on behalf of the Respondent State states that the Deputy Collector will carry out the survey as required by GCZMA in their communication to him dated 9th May, 2017, within a period of four months from today.

Since that was the main grievance of the Petitioners and is now redressed, as noted above, the petition is disposed of by directing the Respondents to carry out the survey accordingly. NUTAN D. SARDESSAI, J.
