By this application the applicant who came to convicted by the Trial Court for an offence punishable under Section 326 of I.P.C. with compensation of Rs. 50,000/- has prayed for suspension of sentence pending the appeal.

2. Heard Mr. J. Karn, learned Counsel for the applicant and Mr. Nagvekar, learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State who has no objection.

3. Pending the appeal, the execution of the sentence passed by

CRMA/185/2019 the learned Sessions Judge in the impugned judgement dated 25.06.2019 stand suspended subject to furnishing fresh personal bond in the sum of Rs. 25,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, within a week.

4. The applicant shall furnish fresh bail within one week from today. It is submitted that the compensation to the tune of Rs.50,000/- has already been deposited before the Sessions Court.

5. Application stand disposed of.
