Shri Vaz, the learned Special Public Prosecutor for the respondent submits that the auditory report and spectrogram are received and the respondent shall supply the copies of the same to the petitioner. He further submits that on receipt of the handwriting report, which is still awaited, a copy of the same shall be supplied to the petitioner. The statement is accepted.
