The learned Advocate General has placed on record compliance report and he states that demolition is carried out by the concerned Municipal Council with the aid and assistance of the demolition squad provided by the Deputy Collector. The learned counsel for the Petitioner also accepts the position that the demolition has been carried out.

2. We have noted in the earlier orders that in spite of service of notice, Respondent no.1 has not appeared to contest the petition.

3. In these circumstances, nothing survives in this petition,

WP/806/2017 which is accordingly disposed of.
