In view of the Exhibit 'X', the application seeking permission tendered by the petitioner needs to be considered by the Panchayat in accordance with the relevant regulations. The Panchayat i.e. respondent no.1 herein shall take necessary steps as permissible in law as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of eight weeks from today.
