The learned counsel for the parties have handed over an order issued by the Chief Electrical Engineer dated 8 November

2 WP749&790 -16dt 15-11-17 2017. By this order, Petitioner Nos. 1 to 4 in Writ Petition No.749 of 2016 have been appointed. The learned counsel for the Petitioners in Writ Petition No.749 of 2016 states that this petition has become infructuous.

The learned counsel for the Petitioners in Writ Petition No.790 of 2016 states that the Petitioners proposes to amend the petition to incorporate the challenge to the order dated 8 November 2017 and corrigendum dated 13 November 2017. The learned counsel hands over the schedule of the proposed amendment. Leave to amend the petition in terms of the proposed amendment is granted. Amendment to be carried out within a period of one week. The Respondents will be entitled to file their replies to the amended petition within a period of two weeks thereafter. 3.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the Petitioners in Writ Petition No.749 of 2016, the petition is disposed of as infructuous. Liberty to the Petitioners in Writ Petition No.790 of 2016 to file an additional compilation. Nutan D. Sardessai, J. N.M. Jamdar, J.
