This is an application for speaking to minutes to correct the typographical error. Shri Usgaonkar, learned Advocate for the applicant states that in paragraph 5 of the judgment dated 26/04/2017 the word 'in' has to be substituted by the word 'beyond' at the 4th line from the bottom of the page 12.

2. Shri Bhobe, learned Advocate for the respondent submits the orders of this Court.

3. Hence, the typographical error stands accordingly corrected and the word 'in' at 4th line from the bottom stands deleted and the word 'beyond' is inserted.
