2. This is an application for issue of notice to the respondent/defendant through her power of attorney and it is contended that the respondent was represented by the power of attorney in the very same proceedings and he had deposed on behalf of the respondent. Therefore,the said power of attorney may be served with the notice of the present proceedings on the address given in paragraph 3 of the application.

3. For the reasons stated in the application, issue notice to the power of attorney Mr. Mallik Anand Dessai, on the address given in

MCA/781/2015 paragraph 3 of the application returnable on 4.12.2015.
