2. During the course of the hearing of the above petition Shri A.D. Bhobe, learned Advocate for the respondent no.1, upon instructions of the respondent no.1, who is present in the Court, seeks leave to withdraw the corrigendum order dated 19/07/2017 and pass a fresh order in accordance with law in terms of the observations made by this Court in Judgment dated 26/04/2017 in Writ Petition No.186 of 2007 on 26/04/2017.

3. In view of the said statement of Shri Bhobe, learned Advocate for the respondent no.1, the corrigendum order stands withdrawn. Pursuant to the directions of this Court the respondent no.1 have passed the order reserving the right of the respondent no.1, if any, to pass a fresh corrigendum order referred to herein above. The application stands disposed off accordingly.
