This is an application for confirmation of a Decree of Divorce passed by the Court of First Instance-Personal Status, Dubai.

2. I have heard the learned Counsel for the applicant and the respondent. A perusal of the English translation of the Decree shows that the marriage between the parties has been dissolved by consent.

3. The learned Counsel for the respondent has no objection for confirmation of the Decree.

4. In such circumstances, the application is allowed in terms of prayer clause (a) and (b).
