REGISTRAR'S ORDER This is an application filed by the applicant for returning the original documents produced in Misc. Civil Application No. 222/2018. The applicant had filed Claim Petition No.14/2016 before The Motor Accidental Claims Tribunal, North Goa, Panaji. It came to be partly allowed on 29.09.2017. Being aggreieved by its award applicant preferred First Appeal No.39/2018 before the Hon'ble High Court. In the appeal the applicant produced additional documentary evidence by filing Misc. Civl Application No. 222/2018. By order dated 18.07.2018, the Hon'ble Court allowed the same. On the same day the Hon'ble Court pleased to quash and set aside Impugned Judgment and award and remanded the matter to the Ld. Motor Accidental Claims Tribunal, North Goa, Panaji, to allow an opportunity to the applicant to lead the additional evidence.

In view of the above orders, the applicant has filed this application for returning the documents filed by him in Misc. Civil Appln. No. 222/2018 alongwith index. Actually this being a Ministerial Act it was not necessary to register the application as Stamp Number (Application) as well as Misc. Civil Application. As the request is

only for returning the original documents, it is hereby allowed the original documents in Misc. Civil Application No. 222/2018 be returned to the applicant subject to placing its Xerox verified copies on record. Acknowledgement of the receipt of papers be taken on Index.
