On 04.07.2019, the following order was passed:- " On 06.01.2017, stay was granted subject to deposit of amount within six weeks. Till today, the amount is not deposited. Today, there is yet another request of two weeks to deposit the amount. Two weeks time granted to deposit the amount strictly as a last chance. If the amount is not deposited, the stay granted shall stand vacated and the application shall stand dismissed without reference to Court."

2. Thereafter, the applicant has moved an application on

MCA/732/2019 17.07.2019 seeking extension of two more weeks to deposit the amount.

3. Heard Ms. Priyanka Kamat, learned Addl. Government Advocate for the applicant.

4. Mr. G. Naik holding for Ms. G. Kakodkar, learned Advocate for the respondents submits that he has no objection if the demand draft is deposited today, by the applicant.

5. In that view of the matter, the applicant is permitted to deposit the demand draft in the Registry today itself.

6. Hence, Misc. Civil Application no.732/2019 stands disposed off.

7. The Registry is directed to deposit the amount in any Nationalised Bank initially for a period of one year.
