Heard Mr Bhargav Khandeparkar for the Petitioners. Mr Pai appears for Respondent No.2. For the order that we propose to make, notice is not necessary to Respondents No.1 and 3. 2.

Te Petitioners allege some complaints about alleged illegal construction put up by Respondent No.3. Te Petitioners' grievance is that these complaints are not being attended to by the Mormugao Municipal Council and the Mormugao Planning and Development Authority i.e. the First and the Second Respondents.

Accordingly, we direct the First and Second Respondents to dispose of the show cause notice dated 8/8/2022 and notice dated 17/6/2022, within three months from today, in accordance with 10/10/2023

Te decision on the notices must be communicated to the Petitioners and Respondent No.3 within this period of three months.

Te Petition is disposed of, without any order for costs. 6.
