During the course of the hearing of the company petition, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner has filed pursis signed by both the parties, including the Authorised Signatory of the petitioner, inter alia, stating that the balance dues of the petitioner have been paid by the respondents, by a Cheque dated 25/09/2015, drawn in favour of the petitioner.
