Although, this is an application for bringing the legal representatives of the deceased respondent no. 2(a) on record, the application clearly shows that the legal representatives of the deceased respondent no. 2(a) are already on record as respondent nos. 2(b), 2(c), 2(d)(i), 2(d)(ii), 2(e) and 2(f). In the application, the only prayer is about showing respondent no. 2(a) as 'deceased'.

3. In such circumstances, the application is allowed as prayed. The necessary correction to be carried out forthwith.
