Ms. Asha Desai, learned Counsel for the appellant/Revenue seeks leave to withdraw this appeal, as the appellant had already challenged the impugned order of the Tribunal dated 23rd May, 2015 in Tax Appeal No. 18/2015 and without prejudice to the rights and contentions raised in the said Tax Appeal No.18/2015.
