This is a Contempt Petition on the ground that the directions issued by this Court dated 09.02.2015 have not been complied with.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent has placed on record a show cause notice dated 04.02.2015 as well as the demolition order dated 17.04.2015 passed by the respondent. It is however pointed out that the private respondent has already preferred an appeal before the Additional Director of Panchayat which is fixed for final disposal. The learned counsel further pointed out that based on the outcome of such appeal, the necessary action will be taken in accordance with law.

3. In view of the aforesaid statements and the records produced by the respondent, we find that there is no case made out by the petitioner for contempt. Consequently, the Contempt Petition stands accordingly disposed off.
