This is an application for substituted service of the respondent M/s. Rudhra Minerals Pvt. Ltd. by publication in the newspaper in Singapore. The application is supported by an Affidavit. The learned counsel for the applicant submits that all efforts to serve the respondent by usual mode have not fructified and there is reason to plead that the respondent is keeping out of way for the purpose of avoiding service. She therefore submits that the respondent may be permitted to be served by publication in a newspaper based n Singapore where the respondent is having its registered office.
