This is an application for extension of time by four weeks for the purpose of depositing the decreetal amount. Vide order dated 27.7.2023 it was directed that impugned order is stayed subject to applicant depositing entire decreetal amount within a period of four weeks.

2. Learned Advocate for applicant submits that the directions to deposit amount could not be complied due to reasons spelt out in the 14th September, 2023

MCA 391 of 2023 application. The applicant would deposit the amount within extended time of four weeks. The interim relief may be continued.

3. Interim relief is extended with extension of time to deposit decreetal amount by four weeks.

4. Application stands disposed of.
