None for the Petitioner. The challenge in this Petition is to the judgment and order dated 16/9/2009 made by the State Information Commission.

The above judgment and order was in an appeal instituted by the Petitioner who was presumably serving a term at the Aguada Central Jail. A complaint in this Petition is that there was non-compliance with the principles of natural justice before the impugned judgment and order was made. At this point of time, it is most likely that the Petitioner has lost interest in pursuing this petition which was instituted in 2012.

Be that as it may, from a perusal of the impugned judgment and order, it is apparent that the State Information Commission has considered the record and proceedings and disposed of the appeal. Further, some directions have also been issued for the benefit of the prison inmates in general. 4.

Considering the above aspect, no useful purpose will be served in keeping this Petition pending any further. Accordingly, this petition is dispose of without any order for costs. Misc. Civil Applications, if any, also stand disposed of. M. S. SONAK, J.
