We have perused the record. The contentions which are raised by the appellant and the substantial questions of law proposed by the appellant are covered by the Judgment passed by this Court reported in (2014) 8 TaxCorp (DT) 57822 (Bombay) in Dy. Commissioner of Income Tax vs. Timblo Pvt. Ltd. through MD..

2. For the reasons stated in the said Judgment, we find that no substantial question of law would arise in the present appeal. Apart from that, the impugned order passed by the learned Tribunal has also followed the judgment passed by this Court. Hence, the appeal stands dismissed accordingly.
