This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the Appeal. The contesting respondents have chosen not to appear, though served.

According to the applicant, the Regional Office of the applicant was shifted from Mumbai to Pune, somewhere in February 2017 and secondly, the passing of the impugned order was not communicated by the Advocate to the applicant till 12.01.2017, which are the reasons, on account of which, the delay has occasioned.

3. For the reasons mentioned in the application, the same is allowed. The delay in filing the Appeal is condoned. Let the First Appeal be registered.
