Heard Shri Menezes, the learned Counsel for the petitioners.

The petitioners have an alternate remedy to approach the learned Principal District Judge, under Section 24 of CPC, for transfer of Rent Case No. 17/2015/B and Special Civil Suit No. 33/2017/A, before the same Court, as they are presently pending before two separate Courts. In that view of the matter, I decline to entertain the petition. Needless to mention that the petitioners are at liberty to approach the learned Principal District Judge for transfer and if, such an application is filed, the learned Principal District Judge shall decide the same in accordance with law.
