2. Mr. Godinho learned counsel appears for Respondent and submits that the sole Respondent expired somewhere in the year 2016 itself.

3. The statement was made before the Lok Adalat held on 09.09.2023 and in the presence of the learned counsel for the Appellants.

4. Inspite of such intimation and the knowledge of the death of the Respondent no steps have been taken till date.

5. Since the sole Respondent expired, the Second Appeal stands abated.
